Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you request a quote: your company, name, email, phone, delivery notes and the items you need.
• When you send a list of items: the text and files you attach (Excel, PDF, photos, Word and others).
• When a supplier uploads a price list: the shop name, phone, location and the price list.
• When an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude or another) sends a quote request for you through our connector: the same details as a quote request from the website.

What we do not collect

• We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics that follow you across sites.
• Your quote list (the items you add before sending) is kept only in your browser until you send it.
• We do not take card payments on this site.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your quote, check stock with suppliers, deliver the order and issue the invoice.
• To contact you about your request by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
• Suppliers who fill your order get only what they need for it (items and quantities). Your contact details stay with us unless delivery needs them.

Services that process data for us

• Cloudflare: hosting of the website.
• Neon: our database.
• Anthropic (Claude): AI that reads lists and price lists into catalog lines. It does not use this data to train its models.

How long we keep it

• Quote requests and orders: as long as needed for the order, warranty and accounting records.
• Lists and files you send: as long as needed to prepare and follow up the quote.
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time, unless the law requires us to keep it.
